Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. The war was a terrible time for him, and Raer does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. Description: This late middle aged man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull brown iron scale mail and is in decent physical shape. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a Bather, his father struggled to pay the bills. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Ahvain was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bookbinder. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
