History: Erdan hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Erdan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Eiravel alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
