Description: He wears white trousers with grey and tan striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'5" when asserting himself. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty violet coat over it. His black hair is knotted and matted. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Ploughman arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
