Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He wears his golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He was born into a rich family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and money/treasure

Description: He dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with brown slacks. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His hair is short and black. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Lamlis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against giants
