Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Peren is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Peren hails from a village terrorized by goblins. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Tailor mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Detective. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born in the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.
