History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Spy for hire.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 68. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gifted student he started as a Performer, but he got bored and became a Fletcher. He's also a talented Performer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.
