History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Gennal was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Heian hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Rolen isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Rolen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rolen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
