Description: This southern man wears pastel painted combat armor at almost all times. His clothes are grease stained in places. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has blue eyes and a pastel hat with a red feather.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
