History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student he started as a Glassblower, but he got bored and became a Miller. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Erevan was born the youngest of three triplets. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
