History: He got into the Bellfounder business at a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has worked as a Bellfounder like his mother before him.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many white ritualistic tattoos. He wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
