Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. Raer is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Raer alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
