Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. The war was a terrible time for him, and Mindartis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
