Description: This man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He wears his golden hair down. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Varis is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Varis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Fisher, but he got bored and became a Armorer. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: He is dressed in an above average manner. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair is blonde and curly. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Laborer. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Beiro grew up listening to his father's many stories. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and many goblins want him driven away
