History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Paelias was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a grey shirt, with a brown mid length shorts with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He has wavy red hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Efferil is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sage.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest man in the east
