Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bookbinder. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
