History: He is a Yochlol in disguise. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he has money and likes to spend it
