Personality: He is fixated on the number 40. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
