History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Raer was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dilettante. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He stands about 4'11" and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is cut close to his head. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
