History: Born in the west to a Bounty Hunter, Heian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bounty Hunter for hire.

History: Koeth lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town.
