Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears long strands of topaz and short tan dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He wears his chestnut hair up in a very large beehive style do. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: The child of a Fletcher, who enjoyed hunting, Paelias was taken on many hunting expeditions. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right.
