Personality: He is a Brewer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears grey trousers with white and tan striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He keeps his long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Uthemar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Uthemar was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
