Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears long strands of jet and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His hair is cut close to his head. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Heian is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the north to a Bounty Hunter, Heian learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bounty Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bounty Hunter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
