History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Heian was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.
