Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

History: Rael was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
