Description: This malnourished man is dressed in earthy colors with a white and brown handkerchief worn on his right side. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Quarion was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
