Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.
