Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. The war was a terrible time for him, and Himo does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He tends to his Sailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
