Description: He very much looks the part of a Ruler. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He works hard and plays hard.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears a fancy tan suit. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To protect his home; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: 4'11" and muscular, this eastern man wears tattered old clothes. His auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. He has amber eyes and a brown hat with a black feather.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Bounty Hunter who has hired him part-time. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Lucan has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and wants a kiss
