Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. After coming to the age of reason, Efferil took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
