Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'8". He wears just a brown suit, and his gloved hand is found clutching a shortspear. His red hair is braided into rings. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Varis isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Varis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere.
