Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. A true patriot, Raer would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of a Butcher, who enjoyed hunting, Raer was taken on many hunting expeditions. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care.
