Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears long strands of topaz and short green dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His white hair is cut short. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

His clothes are grease stained in places. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a Painter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and expand his business
