Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. A true patriot, Efferil would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Efferil lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
