History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Berrian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Laucian is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gifted student he started as a Scribe, but he got bored and became a Spice Merchant. He tends to his Spice Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
