Personality: Efferil hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Efferil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Butcher, but he was a colossal failure. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Efferil never married again.
