Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thervan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Healer for hire.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His red hair is knotted and matted. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Varis embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.
