Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His childhood dream was to be a Detective, but he was a colossal failure. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
