Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
