Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Raer abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a Beggar soon after.
