History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He struck the Junk Dealer job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 80. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Efferil took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
