Description: This late middle aged man is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze and is in decent physical shape. His hair is golden and very short. He is baby faced.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Aelar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His childhood dream was to be a Baker, but he was a colossal failure. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs, and he perpetually has his mace ready. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. The war was a terrible time for him, and Galinndan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Galinndan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
