History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Thervan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gifted student he started as a Sage, but he got bored and became a Gardener. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.
