Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has achieved small success as a Detective.
