Description: This man is very fat, and is dressed in a clean white cloak covering his clean studded leather. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He takes great joy in being the best Priest in town.

History: Efferil hails from a village terrorized by giants. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Efferil was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
