History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Efferil has worked very hard to control his curse. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Ahvain was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
