Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears blue painted combat armor at almost all times. He has brown hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep
