He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He takes great joy in being the best Fletcher in town.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers.
