Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: Lucan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Sage, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.
