History: He got into the Servant business at a young age. Peren was a troubled youth. Peren decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He became a Servant soon after.

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Berrian and his spouse have recently divorced.
