Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rael does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Rael was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
